Helmut Philipps presents his new book

Helmut Philipps has been a member of the German-Jamaican Society for many years. Here he presents his new book "DUB Konferenz - 50 Jahre Dub aus Jamaika" to Ms. Denise Sealey, Charge d'Affair of the Jamaican Embassy.
